Due to the nature of digital content, editorial planning, and publication services, all sales are final.
Once a purchase has been completed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, including but not limited to:

failure to submit materials

delays caused by the client

subjective dissatisfaction with editorial layout or presentation
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), which applies to digital content and services once processing has begun.
